Our recruiting specialists approach candidate screening systematically.
Each candidate's clerical skills are assessed. This gives us a baseline
of his/her skill level in a given area (i.e. word processing, data
entry, typing, bookkeeping, etc.). This process ensures that the
candidate has proven their abilities before they go on an
assignment.
Office Recruiters conducts criminal background checks on every applicant
before they are sent on an interview at a client site. There is no
charge to the customer for this service. Extensive work references are
also conducted prior to any hire.
Perhaps the most important part of our screening process is the in-depth
face-to-face interview. These interviews are designed to discover the
candidate's motivations, skills, work environment preferences and
expectations for his/her next job. Just as important, these interviews
give us an opportunity to assess the candidate's soft skills and how
they will interact and conduct themselves at work. Our experienced
staff is dedicated to uncovering all of the information necessary to
make a successful match between client and employee.
